At BrandWatches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging.

  • Be returned in its original box (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Return requests made after the return period.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method or another mutually agreed method, depending on the payment option used.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement (subject to product availability). If the same item is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will arrange or cover the return shipping.

For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
